The Meridian houses in Sportsman Point, built 1993 through 2000, have three to five bedrooms and a two-car or three-car garage.  Most have between 1,600 and 2,500 square feet, though some have up to 3,500 square feet.  The size of the lot varies between one-fifth and one-third of an acre.  Sportsman Point has two common areas, with playgrounds, mature trees, tennis courts, and a basketball court.  The Meridian subdivision, located on the southern edge of Meridian, is close to the farmland and is bordered by two creeks and other Meridian neighborhoods.

Sportsman Point is close to Meridian’s downtown, where you can find shopping, services, restaurants, and entertainment.  Popular attractions nearby include Roaring Springs Waterpark, Wahooz Fun Zone, and Majestic Cinemas.  St. Luke’s Hospital, numerous other medical facilities, and hotels.  The freeway is close, offering easy access to Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, and more for the residents of the Meridian houses of the area.
