MLS® # 98891482
This lovely new Eagle neighborhood, begun in 2009 and still under construction in 2012, has quite a bit going for it:  luxurious tiled bathrooms with double showers and separate soaker tubs, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces, custom kitchen cabinets, and two- or three-car over-sized garages.

Legacy has much to offer as an Eagle Idaho neighborhood. Â Amenities include a community pool, a three-hole golf course, a playground, three tennis courts, soccer fields, walking paths, and water features throughout the subdivision. Â Most of the houses here are 1,800-2,500 square feet with three to five bedrooms, though some are as large as 4500 square feet. Â The plots themselves are all under half an acre, sized for easy maintenance. Â
Children currently attend Star Elementary, Eagle Middle, and the award-winning Eagle High School, which is only a five-minute drive away. School boundaries frequently change, though, so parents are encouraged to visit the Meridian School District's website for current information.  However, other options for schooling are not far away.  North Star Public Charter School is just down the block and serves K-12.  Another option, the Galileo Math and Science Magnet School, is just as close. Â
Legacy is located only four miles away from Eagle’s downtown, or about a ten-minute drive.  There you can find restaurants, boutiques, medical clinics, the public library, city parks such as the Arboretum and Heritage Park, and much more.  Though this urban paradise is alluring, so is the nearby Eagle Island State Park, only 2.5 miles or seven minutes away.  It offers opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, boating, swimming, golfing, picnicking, fishing, and four-wheeling, among other things. Â
Legacy is close enough to attractions such as those above to be convenient, but is still far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, out of the city hustle-and-bustle. Â The developed land of Eagle ends and the foothills begin only about two miles north of the subdivision, and there dwells both beauty and adventure, with hiking, mountain-biking, and gorgeous scenery.
