Eagle Ranch Homes

Welcome to one of the first-established subdivisions in Eagle, a picturesque neighborhood of winding roads and cul-de-sacs.  These modest homes, built in the later 70’s and throughout the 80’s, are built for quiet comfort.  Many have hot tubs, pools, RV pads, wood or gas fireplaces, a central vacuum system, and covered porches.

A Neighborhood Entrance in IdahoThese Eagle homes tend to have 1,300-2,000 square feet with three or four bedrooms, and some are built on one level, eliminating the stress stairs can cause.  The plots tend to be just under one-fourth of an acre, though some are closer to one-third or half.  Many yards have mature trees, perennial flower beds, and extra garden space.

The Eagle Ranch subdivision is built next to the Eagle Hills Golf Course, and some of the course winds through the neighborhood itself.  Consequently, many of the homes overlook the immaculately-manicured greens and the pretty ponds.  Another attraction is the nearby Friendship Park on Ranch Drive and Stierman Way with its tennis courts and playground.

The park borders the local elementary school, Eagle Hills Elementary, which has a track, playground, tetherball courts, and grassy fields to play on.  Children currently attend school there, as well as Eagle Middle and Eagle High School.  However, boundaries frequently change, so parents in the Eagle Ranch subdivision are encouraged to view the school district's information.  Alternatives to these schools are also nearby at North Star Public Charter school School and the Galileo Math and Science Magnet.

A Lovely Eagle HomeEagle Ranch is located in the heart of downtown Eagle.  The public library is less than half of a mile south of the borders of the Eagle subdivision, as are a bank, the post office, a veterinary hospital, the city clerks, and more.  Throughout the rest of the downtown area one can find restaurants, medical centers, boutiques, and more.  Though all of this is easily available to someone living at Eagle Ranch, the neighborhood still is protected from the busy-ness of the city by its network of curving streets that are not well-travelled.  Residents here get to have their urban cake and eat it, too, in their tranquil neighborhood.
