Eagle Hills HomeMost of the lots of these Eagle properties are about a quarter of an acre, a size that’s easy to manage, though some go up to closer to half an acre.  The houses were built in the late seventies to early eighties, giving the landscaping time to mature, especially the many shade trees.  The homes in Eagle Hills also have a lot of variation in size, running from about 1,500 square feet to over 3,000 square feet, with two-car garages and three or four bedrooms.

Eagle Hills Elementary, Eagle Middle and Eagle High School, are nearby though other options for school include Galileo Math and Science Magnet School and North Star Public Charter School.

This Eagle neighborhood is right next to the Eagle Hills Golf Course, with some of the course winding through the subdivision.  Not only does this offer golf fans convenient access, but it offers everyone in Eagle Hills beautiful views just from their backyard.  Though the neighborhood is quiet, with dead-end streets and surrounding subdivisions and even some open land, downtown Eagle is only a few minutes away, with some attractions within walking distance.  For example, the public library is less than half a mile away from the edge of the  Eagle Hills, as is the post office, a bank, the city clerks’ office, a veterinary hospital, and more.  Some examples of what the rest of downtown Eagle offers are coffee houses, restaurants, boutiques, and parks such as the Arboretum and Heritage Park.
