 The Eagle properties in the Chaumont subdivision are mostly built on quarter-acre lots, many with raised garden beds and all with beautiful landscaping. The subdivision was built around the year 2000, so the trees have had time to mature. Additional features in these homes may include hot tubs, central vacuuming systems, heated garages (most are two- or three-car, though you can find four-car garages here too), large covered porches, and security systems. The Eagle homes here tend to be about 1,600-2,400 square feet with three or four bedrooms.

Chaumont has its own neighborhood park in the center of the Eagle subdivision, complete with a playground, pavilion, numerous trees, and open fields. Eagle’s Guerber Park is just across Hill Road and has an interactive water feature, picnic shelters, a playground, restrooms, open fields, and more. Chaumont is conveniently located near the intersection of State Street and ID-55, or Horseshoe Bend Road. These can take you to downtown Eagle or Boise, Star, or out to the foothills. Though Chaumont itself is quietly tucked away between neighboring subdivisions, with cul-de-sacs and dead-end streets; downtown Eagle and all that it offers begins less than half a mile away.
