Bridgetower Homes

Bridgetower’s self-proclaimed goal is to create a Meridian neighborhood where residents can unwind in a beautiful, calm, and convenient location. The beauty and comfort of these homes are apparent: large patios, floor-to-ceiling fireplaces and windows, high covered ceilings, granite countertops, walk-in tile showers with separate soaker tubs, and gorgeous landscaping. Prices vary widely, from $150K to over $500K.

Meridian HomeThe Meridian homes in Bridgetower are generally built on quarter-acre lots. Construction began in 2002 and is still going. The size of the homes also varies widely, from 1,300 to over 4,000 square feet, with three to six bedrooms, and though most garages are built for two or three cars, some can hold up to six.

Bridgetower has a lot to offer as a Meridian neighborhood. The homes are built on neat cul-de-sacs and blocks, with few straight roads--a near guarantee that there will be little traffic. There is a community center with a pool and playground near the middle of the subdivision, and there is an additional pool near the southern entrance to the neighborhood. In addition, there are numerous walking paths with creeks, ponds, and fountains throughout Bridgetower. Coffee houses, restaurants, and more are within walking distance.

Bridgetower is in the northwestern end of Meridian. The urban sprawl ends and the farmland begins only about two blocks away, but Meridian’s downtown is still not far away, with its parks, shopping, and restaurants. Also close to Bridgetower is Settler’s Park, which hosts many community events with its playground, pond, open fields, picnic shelter, and interactive water feature. The Boise River and the Greenbelt are only a couple of miles to the north, along with Eagle Island State Park. These offer opportunities to hike, bike, swim, boat, four-wheel, fish, and more. Both Lakeview Golf Club and Foxtail Executive Golf Course are also close by.

Children in Bridgetower currently attend Hunter Elementary, Sawtooth Middle, and Rocky Mountain High. All three schools are right next to the subdivision, but as school boundaries frequently change, parents are encouraged to look up the information at the Meridian School District’s website.
