Canyon County is home to a lot of great things; chief among them however, would have to be the Aspens subdivision. The Aspens is a beautiful subdivision located in southwestern Caldwell. It is home to several dozen homes and is situated just off of Florida Ave between several rustic farms. The homes are stylish two and one story modern ranch style homes. They have, on average, 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 to 2 and a half bathrooms. These homes are quite spacious as well with most of them coming in between 2,000 and 2,500 square feet. Usually you will find that they are built on 0.17 acres or more with nice 2 or 3 car garages.

Aspens Subdivision Homes and Lifestyle
One of the most evident amenities of the Aspens subdivision would have to be the peace and quiet residents enjoy. Aspens is located between farms on the edge of the city making it less trafficked like it’s Boise or Meridian counterparts. Another great amenity would have to be convenience. While the Aspens neighborhood is on the edge of the city, it is still very close to some great shopping and employment opportunities in northern Nampa. These include malls, department stores, restaurants, entertainment, and much more—and if this isn’t enough, they can also get on the freeway with ease and make it into the bustling and busy downtown Boise for loads more opportunities for shopping, fun, or work.
Caldwell, and the rest of Canyon County, is a wonderful place to live if you want to be on the edge of the wilderness. As was mentioned earlier, the Aspens, and many other subdivisions, are built on and between old farmland within only a few miles of the Snake River and Lake Lowell. However, with all the outdoor opportunities, there are still some very modern and convenient places to live.
