There are many different kinds of real estate for sale in the SW Boise-Meridian area. There are acres of open farmland, houses both big and small, and even a few apartments and condos. There are homes that range between 1,500 square feet and nearly 3,000 square feet or so (approximate values) and can have anywhere between 1 to 5 bedrooms. There are more two story homes in this part of town than there are one story homes. However, there are still quite a few one story homes as well. The lot sizes in this part of town also vary greatly. Some of them being close to a full acre and some being as small as 0.07 acres.

These homes are beautifully built craftsman style homes that have approximately 2,600 square feet of space to over 3,000 feet of space. Moonridge SubdivisionThe Moonridge subdivision is a great place to live. It is made up of around 150 or so homes, but thanks to their large lot sizes, the area does not feel crowded at all. This subdivision has some amazing homes in it, and it is also home to one of SW Boise’s biggest community parks.
General Atmosphere in SW Boise-MeridianCalm is probably the best way to describe the SW Boise-Meridian area. With it being on the outskirts of the city between Boise and Kuna’s farmland, it is easy to get swept away by its charming nature. SW Boise-Meridian’s rolling fields and quant subdivisions make it a paradise among the deserts of southern Idaho.
The subdivisions and neighborhoods are modern and are full of all the amenities that one would want in a suburban oasis. To pass this area of town over would be an egregious mistake. So, be sure to at least make a trip through there when you are looking for the home of your dreams.
Amenities in SW Boise-MeridianAs we mentioned before, there are a lot of amenities here in the SW Boise-Meridian area that one can take advantage of. There are parks, water features, shopping centers, and even easy access to the freeway. One of the amenities that this area of town boasts is the Moonridge Subdivision park we were mentioned earlier. This park is a large grassy field with playground equipment, picnic areas, a basketball court and shade trees that dot its perimeter in case it gets hot outside!
Boise and MeridianThe cities of Boise and Meridian are amazing places to live. They are both beautiful cities that are full of amenities and amazing homes. For those who have never been to Boise or Meridian, Boise is a half city, half suburb kind of town with some of the best shopping centers in the area at residents’ finger tips. Meridian, is more of a suburban place, but it too has many great amenities to enjoy. It has a waterpark, an amazing arcade and bowling alley combo, as well as some amazing restaurants, and massive parks.
The SW Boise-Meridian area leaves nothing wanting when it comes to urban or suburban cities.
