Northeast Nampa is a great place to live. You are close enough to Meridian (10 miles) and Boise (20 miles) to make it a daily commute for work or school if needed (as Boise State University is only 20 miles away in the heart of downtown), but home prices are traditionally low enough in Nampa so you can get more bang for your buck living in there. In the past, the Nampa Civic Center has hosted a wide variety of events including plays, comedy shows, and even the Treasure Valley Comic Con. All of these events provide northeast Nampa residents with great opportunities. At the Treasure Valley Comic Con, for instance, celebrities from various popular television shows and Netflix series came together to converse with fans, talk at panels, sell autographs, and have photo ops with fans. Not only that, but fun events were put on by the minds behind the Treasure Valley Comic Con and vendors sold fun goods at the event as well. There were also contests and information for budding actors there as well. This and many more opportunities have been given at the Nampa Civic Center. Close by is the Idaho Center as well, where famous musicians such as the Trans Siberian Orchestra, Kelly Clarkson, Taylor Swift, and Justin Bieber have performed. All of this is within Northeast Nampa-- the secret gem of the Treasure Valley.
In Northeast Nampa, there are plenty of outdoor recreational facilities as well, including the Nampa Dog Park and Lakeview Park. Not to mention, you can also enjoy bowling, rollerblading, and skateboarding in this part of town-- there’s something for everybody! There is much more than meets the eye in Northeast Nampa; although, what meets the eye is pretty great as well. For instance, there are tons of places to eat all around Northeast Nampa, including well known food chains and delicious locally owned shops and eateries. The food establishments in Nampa are phenomenal, especially the lesser known places that are locally owned and operated. One great place to be sure to visit is Blazen Burgers. Here, you can get amazing hamburgers, mozzarella sticks, and more for affordable prices and melt-in-your-mouth value! Also, they have special deals during the week as well, such as $1 milkshakes after 8 pm. You don’t want to miss out on the delicious flavors at Blazen Burgers.
