Stephanie was fantastic and very personable. She did a great job negotiating when the appraisal came back and there was a gap in price. We highly recommend Stephanie and would use her again in a heartbeat!

Stephanie was able to get more money for my house than I ever expected. I followed her advice and did the repairs and staging she recommended which turned into more money and a quicker sale than I hoped. She continued to go above and beyond for me throughout the transaction, helping to keep things running smoothly with continuous communication while I was out of town. She has great relationships with vendors & the other parties involved in the transaction which made them happy to work with her time frames and requests. I highly recommend Stephanie for selling your home!
