Meet Mark Barnard
I was born and raised in the Boise area and have traveled extensively throughout
Idaho. Fortunately, my father was a civil engineer for the railroad as well as my Boy Scout master.
Working by his side, I learned at an early age the importance of attention to detail,
diplomacy and service. With his guidance I achieved the Eagle Scout designation.
It was just after "9/11" when I assessed what is most important to me in life.
In November of 2002, I became licensed to practice real estate in Idaho. My wife
Denise McIntosh, formerly a CPA, is now my business partner, and we currently work together
for the good of our clients, providing great service and attention to detail.
I attribute my success in real estate to the following:
○ A drive to assist others whether buying, selling or investing in real estate
○ Dedication to many hours of specialized training
○ A teamwork approach with a mindset for solutions
○ Proactively dealing with issues which commonly arise in transactions
○ The opportunity to work together with my wife to serve our clients’ needs
I am committed to providing clients with the best service available. I always listen
closely to their goals and objectives and then incorporate them into the options
presented to the client. I accomplish this by applying the most productive marketing,
negotiating, and technology.
I love to help out in the local community and I’ve put my professional photography skills
to use during many community events such as the St Alphonsus Festival of Trees ~
Santa photos are my favorite. I love to snow ski and having Bogus Basin Recreation Area
just 15 miles north of Boise is a recreational paradise. In 2018 I was deeply honored to
be named as The Far West Ski Association’s Man of the Year for leadership and civic
service. I love living in Idaho and serving both my clients and my community.
