Kevin
Hughes has been involved in real estate for over 20
years as both a realtor and as an investor. Prior
to moving to Boise, he attended San Diego State
University where he received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration with a Management
specialization. Since then, he has been dedicated
to finding good real estate investments for his
clients as well as for himself. Kevin has been
ranked in the Top 1% of all real estate agents in
the United States and has achieved the Ada County
Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence
Membership. In his free time, Kevin enjoys hiking in the
Boise Foothills with his chocolate lab Cassie,
mountain biking, and cheering on the Boise State Broncos football team.
