The Terraces Of Boise
This new retirement community is based on Mill Station Drive. It offers maintenance-free cottages and apartment homes. This community is set on 12 acres in southeastern Boise, ID near the Boise River Greenbelt. This provides mountain views for the residents.
 
The Terraces provide an on-site fitness center, bistro, library, salon and other amenities. BSU classes are, also, available. Its nearness to the  Boise River makes it easy for the residents to maintain an active lifestyle that includes hiking and biking.
