Idaho is a golfer’s paradise. When you come to Idaho and indulge in a game of golf, you’ll get to choose from four loops in breathtaking, dramatic settings featuring world-class, challenging courses, all of which are close to spectacular choices in Idaho Real Estate. Check out Idaho Today's New Listings now!
Each of the fourteen Idaho Golf Trail participants are distinctly unique, offering a mix of resort, urban, and mountain golf experiences. Idaho's temperate climate is also a plus for golfers, as courses experience very mild weather during the summer months. Also, the lodging is resort quality with all the associate amenities. For those that like the scenic route, drives between the courses are a welcome experience on their own. Finally, specialized attention is given to every resort, to make your golfing holiday a relaxing, pleasant experience for yourself and your whole family.
Most of the fourteen courses are in or near a resort style setting. They are also strategically placed around the state, which provides a great opportunity to see the whole state of Idaho in all its glory and wonder!
You don’t have to play all fourteen courses, though. Idaho Golf Trail packages can be customized, depending on how many different courses you want to experience and the length of your stay. It is recommended that the Idaho Golf Trail be played as a Northern Loop (StoneRidge, Circling Raven, Coeur d'Alene, and University of Idaho), Central Loop (MeadowCreek, Tamarack, Whitetail and Jug Mountain Ranch), Eastern Loop (Pinecrest, Teton Reserve, and Teton Springs), or a Southern Loop (Falcon Crest, BanBury, and Sun Valley). It’s also recommended that you play the trail from East to North. This will allow you to gain one hour of daylight as you go from Mountain to Pacific Time Zone just north of Riggins.
By coming to Idaho on a golfing vacation, through the specialized reservation service, you can arrange various other activities like whitewater rafting, jet boat trips, and fly fishing, to take full advantage of your time spent in Idaho and enjoy the great, majestic, historic state. The reservation service can make reservations between one to one hundred people to bring with you in your party, whether it’s your family, your friends, or a whole big group to experience the vacation of a lifetime. Or if you're not simply looking for a vacation spot, but for a new home with all the amenities and activities close by, pick Idaho for your new home! Whether you want to live in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, or Kuna, Idaho Real Estate has something for you!
