Middleton ID Foreclosures and Short Sale Properties
Middleton is experiencing a number of distressed sales including pre-foreclosure short sales, bank repossessed homes that have gone through the foreclosure process, or government owned foreclosed homes. Last year, over 65% of all home sales in Middleton were distressed and this has caused the continuation of the decline in median prices. These bank owned properties, also referred to as Real Estate Owned (REO), are usually priced below market value.
