Those interested in history can go to the Pioneer Cemetery. These graves date back to the frontier days and are both interesting and educational.

Local shopping includes art galleries, specialty food stores, and a farmer's market. There's a wide variety of restaurants available that range from The Caffeine Connection, a locally owned specialty coffee shop, to the Firehouse Restaurant, featuring homemade breads, pies and cinnamon rolls. Kuna is full of things to do. It sports an active population who participate in boy scouts and gather at Indian Creek, an irrigation canal that runs through the city, for swimming and socializing. Kuna organizations range from the Kuna Book Club to the Kuna Trail Riders for ATV/UTV riders.
Kuna's nearness to Boise, ID gives it the advantages of a larger city while still preserving the community spirit of a smaller population.
